General

  1. How long should I wait for a response?
    We try our best to reply as quickly as possible but the studio is off during the weekends so there might be some delay in responses. Please allow us 1-2 business days to respond.

  1. How will commissions be accepted?
    We plan to open commissions during the beginning of each month! Commissions will be first come first serve and the form will be via Fillout Form (Link to this will be provided under the commission opening post)

  1. What if I’m unsure about something?
    We’re here to help so if you don’t understand something, don’t hesitate to ask! We’ll explain things as clearly and concisely as needed. We’re always available to walk you through any part of the project.





  1. How can I join the studio?
    Currently we are not accepting any new members but we do appreciate the interest!

Communication

  1. How will I communicate with the team?




    You’ll be able to communicate directly with the team members working on your project. We want you to feel comfortable and involved every step of the way.
    Direct communication - Throughout the project, you can directly communicate to the relevant team member in charge of the design so that you can freely and easily discuss about your creative direction
    Project Manager's role - Ensures everything stays on track and bring up possible concerns with the timeline as necessary
    Voice calls - This is optional but if further clarifications are needed, we can arrange a voice call and/or stream.

  1. Will I only communicate with the Project Manager?




    Not at all, You’ll have the opportunity to talk with the team members working on your project, not just the PM.

  1. How often will I receive updates?




    We'll keep you informed on the progress of your project regularly. We will also provide you with Trello so you’ll be able to track the progress! You can expect updates weekly or whenever there's significant progress. Feel free to ask questions in between updates. We’re here to help!

Ordering and Commission

  1. Can I commission a specific member?
    Yes you can, but it ultimately depends on the members schedules! Member’s availability will be posted monthly, so if you’re looking for someone’s services specifically, that is definitely possible!

  1. What if I want to change the direction of the project midway?




    We’re happy to accommodate changes in direction if your vision evolves. If you want to shift direction, let us know and we’ll discuss how that impacts timing and costs.

  2. What if something goes wrong or I have a concern
    If something isn’t right or you have a concern, we’ll address it promptly.
    ╰ For specific issues, you can reach out to the person working on your project.
    ╰ For bigger problems, the PM will step in to help resolve them quickly.





  1. Will the project be completed on time?




    We’re committed to delivering on time. We’ll provide a timeline and update you if anything changes. If any delays arise, we’ll inform you immediately and work with you to find a solution.

Pricing

  1. What can I expect in terms of pricing?
    We’ve aligned our members’ pricing with studio pricing. As such, whether through the member or visiting the studio, it’s all the same with the approximate price quote on our website! Do consider that estimated quotes are not final as add-ons, complexity & rush fees may increase the final price.

  1. What should I do if the item I want to request for isn't listed on the website?
    If the item or service you're looking for isn't listed on our website, don't hesitate to reach out! We're always happy to assist and explore how we can help fulfill your request. Feel free to get in touch with us directly, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
